How do I receive my benefits?
As a monthly income.
What do the payments cover?
Medical bills, School fees, Day by day living necessities and any unforeseen expenses at the benefit of the beneficiary.
What is ad-hoc payments?
These are payments which you request to be paid for certain reasonable reasons, such as clothing, transport, school uniforms or books, you will need to send a signed letter explaining the request from the guardian, caregiver, or beneficiary who is over 18 and an invoice, quote or statement supporting the request.
What happens if the guardian changes or dies?

What happens if the guardian’s contact details change?
The guardian must send a letter or email with their new contact details and your unique number from your membership certificate. The letter or email must be signed by the guardian, or by the beneficiary if they are over 18 or 21 years old, as applicable.
How long does it take to receive payment?

During peak times (December to March), it takes approximately 15 working days from the date that we receive all required documents.

Off-peak times (April to November) take approximately 10 working days from the date that we receive all required documents.

What happens when you run out of money?
If the money runs out before reaching the age of 18, as applicable, we’ll notify you that your account will be closed.
